Raise is the new employer of record for ExxonMobil, and as such, there is some personal information required to onboard with us, like Social Security Number (SSN) and date of birth, to ensure accurate identification and proper management of your employment records. There is not a way to transfer employee data directly from your previous employer to Raise without violating privacy laws.
